Confirmation
Rooms are held until 3pm without a deposit. If you are arriving later than 3pm you will need to telephone us on the day of your arrival to let us know, or a deposit of £60 per room will secure your booking.

Payment
Accounts must be settled on departure. We accept cash, cheques with guarantee card, and traveller's cheques

Cancellation
Deposits, or a portion thereof, will be refunded if you cancel a booking and the accommodation can be re-let

Access Statement

We are located on Pulteney Gardens via Pulteney Road. We have private parking for three cars on our premises and three other car parking spaces close by which require a permit that we provide at no extra charge.

Pleas advise of your anticipated arrival time so that we can welcome you on your arrival. We request that our guests arrive after midday and no later than 8pm.

Main entrance

There is one step at the front door. There are no ground floor rooms.

Guest accommodation

There are 20 steps up to the first floor which has three rooms. There are a further 19 steps up to the second floor which has three rooms.

There is no lift available.

Both staircases have handrails on the left hand side.

All rooms and hallways are fitted with smoke detectors and there are fire extinguishers on both landings.

All rooms have been refurbished to a high standard.

Garden

We have a front and side garden patio area. Guests are welcome to use the garden at any time
